Social Media

In an effort to better communicate and keep in touch with parents, staff members and students, Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) operates a number of social media channels. Follow along with the school division to find photos and videos of classroom activities and school productions as well as breaking news and information. In addition, VBCPS wants to help students and families understand what it means to be a responsible digital citizen. The divisionís awareness campaign, Be Social. Be Smart. Be Safe. talks about the importance of digital citizenship in schools and shares resources with families through email and social media postings. Check it out on the Be Social. Be Smart. Be Safe. webpage.
